Baby Grinch and Mickey mouse shirt Mickey Mouse is an animated character created to replace the lucky rabbit Oswald (Oswald the Lucky Rabbit), an animated star created earlier by the Disney studio according to Universal Studios Charles Mintz's order. In fact, Mickey was pretty much like Oswald at first. Oswald was the first "brainchild" of Walt Disney, but was then blatantly "robbed" of the ownership of Charlie Mintz. Due to contradictions, budget disputes as well as the copyright of Oswald's character, Walt canceled his contract with Universal and established himself as the powerful "empire" of Disney now. Despite being dubbed Mickey Mouse's "father" and the one who drew this cute mouse, but the creator of the lovely, smart Mickey is Ub Iwerks - his colleague. After ideas for new cartoon characters such as frogs, dogs, cats ... failed, Ub Iwerks finally got the idea from an old painting from 1925 by artist Hugh Harman. There are some sketches of a mouse around a picture of Walt Disney. They drew inspiration from Ub Iwerks to create a timeless cartoon character called Mickey Mouse.
